Introduction to the pump station:
The integrated pump station is a pump station that integrates the main components, such as wellbores, pumps, pipings, control systems and ventilation systems, in the factory, and preloads and tests them before they leave factory. It is used to enhance sewage, rain, drinking water and waste water. For the housing of integrated prefabricated pump station, it is preferred to use glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and other materials with light weight, high strength and high corrosion resistance. For the internal pipelines and installation accessories of the pump station, it is preferred to use stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials.
Areas of application:
1. when the costs of gravity flow pipeline system are too high (e.g., the depth is too large);
2. when the long-distance piping transmission requires more economical plan;
3. when water is lifted and transferred to the higher level.
Main features:
1. Though small in size, it has superior available effective volume. Occupying few space, it saves land resources;
2. It is strong and fine-looking. The cylinder is made of glass steel, being solid and durable. The buried structure and the surrounding environment are integrated;
3. The project cycle is short, with supply of finished products being available. Commissioning and installation of parts are completed in the factory. Overall positioning of goods on site;
4. With a high degree of automation, it can realize remote monitoring and management, without the need of special-person duty, reducing the management costs later;
5. The pump equipment and grille equipment can be hung out along the guide rail, to facilitate maintenance;
6. With a long use life, pumps, grilles and pipes are all made of anti-corrosion materials.
